A brushed surface finish on a customer facing metal part looks great. At HLH we specialise in high quality prototyping and part manufacture. Certain processes and materials such as sheet metal have brushed surface finishes available without the need for post processing. Other process such as CNC or die cast parts might need the brushed surface finish to be applied post process. At HLH we can apply a brushed finish to your CNC machined or die cast part for both prototypes and production. It is sometimes possible to apply a brushed surface finish to CNC machined plastic prototypes that have been chrome or metal plated.
