CPR Robotics is a research-driven startup, located in Haifa, Israel, developing an innovative robotic system designed to perform automated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
“We started producing prototypes with HLH just a few months ago, and were very pleased with the parts they made. Good communication, pricing is reasonable, delivery time is short, and above all, quality of the part is excellent!”
Barak Harrison, Design and Product Manager at CPR Robotics

“CPR Robotics is currently in the prototyping and testing phase and needed a supplier that could keep pace—offering:
✓ Rapid lead times
✓ No minimum order quantities (no MOQ)
✓ Flexible, one-stop-shop solutions to scale with their needs
HLH Rapid checked all the boxes,” said Barak Harrison, CPR Robotic’s Design and Product Manager.
Most of CPR’s orders were for very low volume—often one-offs or small batches of 4-6 units per design. Some examples of custom parts HLH made for them include:
“For us, the main challenge is to feel the actual product in our hand—not just a simulation,” explained Barak. Digital models aren’t enough. Developing a device for medical emergencies demands real-world testing, and waiting weeks—or even months—for physical parts simply wasn’t an option. The team needed them in days, and turning to HLH for custom part manufacturing was one of the best decisions they’ve made.
HLH supplied most mixed orders with post processing within an average lead time of 5 to 15 days, depending on project scale and process.
“We needed the actual physical parts as fast as possible, and in the best quality we could get—that’s where HLH Rapid really helped us.”
Barak Harrison, CPR Robotics
With HLH’s support, CPR’s engineering team was able to rapidly test the form, fit, and function, while also exploring a range of surface finishes for both comfort and mechanical performance—such as anodizing, powder coating, zinc plating, chrome plating, gloss painting and electroplating—all delivered to a high standard of quality.
CPR’s partnership with HLH has been very successful, with the majority of their custom robotic parts being manufactured by HLH. Recently, their design team visited HLH’s factory in China to discuss upcoming projects and gain a firsthand look at the machinery. The visit provided valuable technical insights and strengthened the growing partnership, built on trust, transparency, and shared goals.
From advanced 3D printing stations to rows of high-precision CNC machines, 3000-ton injection moulding systems, and entire floors dedicated to silicone and metal tooling. Seeing the processes up close sparked fresh ideas, like incorporating vacuum casting and sheet metal prototyping into their future designs. The tour also gave CPR’s team a clear view of HLH’s technical depth and production readiness—as well as confidence in HLH’s ability to scale with their future needs.
“The factory tour was very interesting—it showed us the potential of what we can produce with HLH.”
